Heather is a lifelong learner and second generation homeschooler. She grew up in Greenville and has a love for connecting with the numerous homeschool communities here. For the last 13 years, Heather has participated in Classical Conversations and been an integral part of a local community from tutoring classes for 4 year olds to 12 year olds, to directing at various levels and equipping parents. She has two children: Asa (17) and Ava (15) and has been married to Jonathan for 23 years. In addition to learning more about homeschool styles, models, and methods, she also enjoys long, meaningful conversations and coffee with friends. Heather has a passion for living and homeschooling with intentionality and encouraging others to do the same. Outside of homeschooling her two teenagers, she also teaches piano from her home. Heather has always enjoyed American history and government and that passion has grown as her family has participated in TeenPact.
