Carly grew up in a small town outside Charlotte, NC and moved to the Upstate for college. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Secondary Education and a minor in Leadership Studies at North Greenville University. Her teaching experience includes math tutoring at NGU and math classes in a public high school. She is very involved in her local church and serves the students there. Carly loves getting to know students and making math fun to learn, and she finds it rewarding to help students understand a subject that can be hard or scary. She has been married to her husband, Noah, since 2024 and hopes to have kids of her own one day.
